Love is not cancelled during quarantine and COVID-19, especially at Reunion Tower’s GeO-Deck at 470 feet in the air. The most romantic spot in Dallas has been busy playing Cupid for many couples looking for a piece of joy and happiness during these unprecedented times - whether for a proposal, date night, special anniversary or just a night full of love. In fact, the GeO-Deck saw an uptick in proposals during this time - it saw 33% more proposals from January through June aside from Valentine’s Day this year versus last year. Despite COVID, North Texans are still making time to commit their lives to each other.

Since Reunion Tower reopened from the shutdown, the Dallas icon has already had almost a dozen proposals and more than 70 customized Love Is In the Air nights. As the most romantic spot in Dallas, it is on track to have high numbers of special date nights for all types of special occasions, from proposals to anniversaries to birthdays and more. During these special Love Is In The Air experiences, couples get a VIP, private elevator ride to the top of the Reunion Tower GeO-Deck, a framed photo, two complimentary glasses of sparkling wine and two Reunion Tower flute glasses.

Reunion Tower is taking social distancing and the CDC’s guidelines for safety into serious consideration during each of these special occasions. Masks are required for all guests and Ambassadors. Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the building and there is frequent cleaning and disinfecting throughout the day. Reunion Tower Ambassadors participate in daily wellness screens prior to reporting to shifts and tickets are reserved for specific times to limit occupancy in support of social distancing.
