Texas Comptroller, Glenn Hegar, will join the Republican Women of North Collin County for its 5th annual "Hats Off to Education" Scholarship Dinner. Scholarships will be awarded to young ladies graduating from Collin County high schools and women are encouraged to wear their favorite hats. Both the Florence Shapiro scholarship and the Libby and Steve Maus Scholarship will be awarded. The Dinner will take place on Wednesday May 13th at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco at 6:30pm.
