As a service to the community, Centennial Medical Center is proud to host the Prosper Physicals and Health Fair on Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 8 a.m.–12 p.m. at Prosper High School’s athletic building on 301 Eagle Dr., Prosper, TX.

Physicians and healthcare professionals will be available to provide student physical examinations.  Prosper ISD athletes needing their sports physicals are encouraged to come.

Students will be examined in vision, height and weight, blood pressure, musculoskeletal and general physical examination.  A health history will need to be completed for each child

While students are receiving their physicals, there will be glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings available for parents free of charge.  Health fair booths will be set up for education and for health screenings. 

Interesting activities, giveaways and information will be available from providers such as Centennial, TOP Orthopedics, Advanced Foot and Ankle Center, Prosper Family Eye care, Lifestyle Wellness and Centennial Family Medicine and Wellness as well as area practices.
